DELIVERY

We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days after receiving your order, subject to Stock availability. Ordering trousers may add 2-4 more working days.

RETURNS

You can return products purchased on Brian Oak's website within 28 days of dispatch. If the product is faulty or there is a mistake on our end, we will entertain return/refund requests for 90 days. Some conditions apply, such as not accepting altered products. Also, undergarments and socks cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.

Where the exchange is less than the price you formerly paid, we will certainly refund you the difference.

If there is any remaining balance that needs to be paid, we will charge this to the original payment card (if used) or contact you to pay the difference.
