Returns & Refund Policy

 

If the item you purchased does not meet your expectations or you change your mind, we will happily exchange or offer a full refund within 28 business days of receiving the product. Please note that this does not apply to undergarments and socks for hygiene reasons.

If you need a refund for any Products, which are a part of a multi-buy offer, you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If any Products, which are a part of a multi-buy offer need to be exchanged with an item not included in the same multi-buy offer, you will be charged the difference between the discounted price and the full-price item.

Refund of Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty product or if you get something different from what you ordered, we'll refund the item price, your initial shipping cost, and the returning shipping fee. Simply return the item within 90 days of receipt.

Conditions for Returns or Refund

All returned items should be carefully packed, unused, and with attached tags. If you are unable to use the packing that the product originally came in, please package it as best as you can. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns of undergarments and socks. In the rare event that you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us at info@brianoak.com.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, we will process the refund using your original payment method. We target to handle refund requests within 14 business days.
We recommend exchanging the product rather than requesting a refund. We have a wide range of dress shirts, bottoms, t-shirts, as well as men’s accessories and undergarments. It is always good to add new items to your wardrobe from time to time to keep it stylish and up-to-date.

Refund Processing Timeframe

We do our best to process refunds on time. It may take up to 5-7 days for your returned item to reach us and be processed. Upon approval, you can expect the refund within 14 working days.

Recommendations

We advise using tracked delivery and keeping safe the courier's proof (the receipt) until we confirm the return. This helps track the item in case of any delay.

Tip: It is always a good idea to take a picture of the receipt as a backup.
