Returns & Exchanges

If the item you purchased does not meet your expectations or you simply change your mind, you may return it for an exchange or a full refund within 90 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and socks cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Multi-Buy & Promotional Offers

If a product purchased as part of a multi-buy or promotional offer is returned, the refund will be calculated based on the discounted price paid for that individual item, rather than the original full price. If you wish to exchange an item from a multi-buy offer for a product not included in the same promotion, you will be required to pay the difference between the discounted price and the full price of the replacement item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or an incorrect product, please contact us and return the item within 90 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund for the item, refund the original delivery charges, and pay for the return shipping cost.

Conditions for Returns or Refund

All returned items should be carefully packed, unused, and with attached tags. If you are unable to use the packing that the product originally came in, please package it as best as you can. Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns of undergarments and socks. In the rare event that you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us at info@brianoak.com.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, we will process the refund using your original payment method. We target to handle refund requests within 14 business days.
We recommend exchanging the product rather than requesting a refund. We have a wide range of dress shirts, bottoms, t-shirts, as well as men’s accessories and undergarments. It is always good to add new items to your wardrobe from time to time to keep it stylish and up-to-date.

Refund Processing Timeframe

We do our best to process refunds on time. It may take up to 5-7 days for your returned item to reach us and be processed. Upon approval, you can expect the refund within 14 working days.

Recommendations

We advise using tracked delivery and keeping safe the courier's proof (the receipt) until we confirm the return. This helps track the item in case of any delay.

Tip: It is always a good idea to take a picture of the receipt as a backup.
